A little bit of information about us…..At Krustys Cakes making people happy is at the heart of our business.  We wanted to produce fresh, tasty and wholesome food which has not been available before!  We have created a variety of cakes and bakes to tempt and tantalise your taste buds.  Our cakes give people a choice that has not been available for the Coeliac sufferer, locally produced wheat and gluten free produce made with the highest quality ingredients. 

Coeliac disease (pronounced see-liac) is not an allergy or simple food intolerance. It is an autoimmune disease, where the body's immune system attacks its own tissues. In people with coeliac disease (coeliacs), this immune reaction is triggered by gluten, a collective name for a type of protein found in the cereals wheat, rye and barley; a few people are also sensitive to oats. In coeliac disease, eating gluten causes the lining of the gut (small bowel) to become damaged and may affect other parts of the body.

All our products are homemade using high quality and natural ingredients with no preservatives or colourings.
